25, of Windsor, IL, formerly of Neoga, IL,  Passed away, Sunday, July  1, 2012, in Ash Grove Township, Shelby County, IL. Jesse was born February 7, 1987, in Mattoon, IL, the son of Stuart Storm and Page (Gass) Hunter. He was formerly employed as a welder at P & H,  of Shelbyville, IL and currently as a Cutter for the Quality Pallet Company, of Windsor, IL. He was a member of the Sons Of The American Legion of Neoga, IL, and he was a avid fisherman, Cubs, Bears, Notre Dame football and Nascar’s Kevin Harvick fan.
Jesse leaves his mother, Page Hunter and her fiancé Kelly White of Neoga, IL and his father, Stuart Storm and wife, Wanda of Fort Meyers, FL; one brother, Jerrod Storm and wife Michelle of Holtville, CA; grandparents, Roger and Joan Gass of Sigel, IL, Larry and Kay Stoever of Summerfield, FL; step brothers, Jon Miller of Mattoon, IL,  Jake Miller and wife Katie of Neoga and Tyler White of Neoga, IL; step sisters, Amber Miller of Neoga, IL, Crystal Petrich of Japan and Whitney White of Mattoon, IL; uncles and aunts, Kevin and Holly Storm of Charleston, IL, Becky and Steve Wesch of Arcola, IL, Roger and Mary Gass of Arthur, IL, Rusty Gass of Sigel, IL, Sherri Gass of Mattoon, IL and Jana and Harold Richey of Mattoon, IL;  and three nephews.  Jesse was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Storm.
Memorials may be made to the family in care of Page Hunter, 405 Walnut Ave. Neoga, IL 62447.
A Celebration of Jesse’s life will be held from 5:00 P.m. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday July 5, 2012 in the Swengel - O’Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, IL, with a Service at 8:00 P.M. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Swengel - O’Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, IL with Rev. Richard Coen of Neoga officiating.  Cremation Rites will be accorded.
