STEVEN J NEWBERRY

63, of Rural Mattoon, Illinois passed away at 11:23 AM, Saturday April 27, 2019, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Care Center of Mattoon. He was born November 17, 1955, in Effingham, the son of Lloyd and Geraldine (Lineberry) Newberry. Steven was a Cosmetologist. He married Deborah Harbuck April 23, 1973 in Bushnell, Florida and she survives. Steven also leaves his children, Chassity Wease (Jeremy) of Rural Mattoon, William Newberry and David Newberry both of Charleston; five grandchildren and 1 great grandson; two brothers, Bill Newberry of Bradenton, Florida and Lloyd Newberry of Teutopolis. He was preceded in death by his Parents; and sister, Sheila Newberry.
Memorials are suggested to be made to the family to help with expenses C/O Deborah.
Graveside Services will be held Thursday May 2, 2019 at 12:00 noon at the Coons Cemetery of rural Neoga with Pastor Randal Switzer officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the Cemetery.
