BRUCE E STONE

Bruce E. Stone 64, of Neoga, Illinois passed away August 28, 2024 in his residence.  He was born December 26, 1959 in Mattoon, Illinois the son of George William and Wanda L. (McPherson) Stone.  Bruce was a former employee of the Big Spring Township and also was a Truck Driver.  Bruce enjoyed spending time with family and riding his Harley motorcycle.  Mr. Stone is survived by his son, Jacob Stone of Mattoon, Illinois; sisters, Pamela Carter of Charleston, Illinois and Laura Stone of Mattoon, Illinois; many nieces and nephews. 
 He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Kimberly; niece, Kayla and nephew, Derek. 
 As per Bruce’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
