CANDIS MARIE O'DELL

19, of rural Neoga, IL passed away at 9:17 A.M. Saturday, March 3, 2012 at her home. Candis was born February 4, 1993 in Effingham, IL, the daughter of Tim and Carol (Waldhoff) O'Dell. She was a home schooled student through the Neoga school district. Although a victim of a near drowning accident at less than 2 years old, Candi never stopped teaching family, friends and even the medical profession about life, love, what things are truly important,and that God is in charge of our lives. Candis is survived by her parents, Tim and Carol O'Dell of rural Neoga, IL; her grandparents, John and Dorothy (Henkleman) Waldhoff of Dieterich, IL and Joe and Judy (Swengel) O'Dell of Neoga, IL; brothers, Wayne O'Dell of rural Neoga, IL, Pat O'Dell and his fianc
