CLEO (GOAD) TRUE

Cleo True  92, of Neoga, Illinois passed away at 3:55 PM Monday November 7, 2022 in the Heartland Senior Living Center of Neoga, Illinois.  She was born September 29, 1930 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky the daughter of William McKinley and Maude (Brandon) Goad.  Cleo married Sam True  Mr. True passed away August 20, 1972.  Mrs. True was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant for Dr. Dippold and Mattoon Memorial Hospital.  Mrs. True was a former member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Mattoon, Illinois, She was a avid baker and loved spending time with her family.  She is survived by her children, Jerry True (Marsha) of Mattoon, Illinois, Janis Bapp (Steve) of Janesville, Illinois, Jill Farrell (Jeff) of Mattoon, Illinois and Jeff True (Susan) of Mattoon, Illinois; Nine grandchildren,  several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.  Cleo was preceded in death by her parents; husband Sam true; two brothers and two sisters.
Memorials are suggested to Heartland Senior Living of Neoga, Illinois.
As per Mrs. True’s wishes Cremation Rites will be accorded and a family graveside service will be held at a later date.
