86 of Neoga, Illinois, Joined the Lord in Heaven, Sunday, September 25, 2011, in the Heartland Christian Village of Neoga, Illinois. She was born in Shelby County, Illinois July 11, 1925, the daughter of Rolla and Hazel (Carol) Smith. She married the love of her life Dallas F. Peadro, on November 20, 1949. She was a housewife and quality control inspector at the General Electric Company in Mattoon, Illinois. Elsie was an active member of the First Christian Church of Neoga. She touched the lives of numerous children as she faithfully taught Sunday School for more than 30 years. She and Dallas were also volunteers at Heartland Christian Village for 12 Years. She loved spending time with Dallas and her family, cooking, cross word puzzles, reading her Bible and sewing. Elsie always had a smile on her face and her presence would always light up a room. She lived her life for the glory of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She had an endless supply of love, compassion and generosity that she selflessly gave to others out of the overflow of her heart. Elsie leaves her Husband, Dallas F.
