Jesse was born February 7, 1987, in Mattoon, IL, the son of Stuart Storm and Page (Gass) Hunter. He was formerly employed as a welder at P & H, of Shelbyville, IL and currently as a Cutter for the Quality Pallet Company, of Windsor, IL. He was a member of the Sons Of The American Legion of Neoga, IL, and he was a avid fisherman, Cubs, Bears, Notre Dame football and Nascar's Kevin Harvick fan.
