58, of Neoga, Illinois passed away at 4:00 P.M., Sunday March 31, 2019, at his residence in Neoga. He was born January 27, 1961, in Mattoon, the son of Sam and Loveda (Manis) Fowler. Jimmy leaves the mother of his children, Patricia Settlemire of Effingham, Illinois; his Children, Elizabeth Tedford of Bridgeport, Illinois, Caleb Fowler of North Carolina, Deborah Fowler of Teutopolis, Illinois and Jessica Fowler of Effingham, Illinois; Brothers, Bill Fowler (Marie) of Lovington, Illinois and Charles Lynn Fowler (Marilyn) of Rural Toledo, Illinois; Sister, Judy French (Dale) of Danville, Illinois and Eight Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents ; Sister, Carolyn Simpson and granddaughter, Melissa Fowler.

A Celebration of Jimmy's life will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday April 6, 2019, in the Swengel - O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, Illinois, with Pastor Lewis Ryder officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the service in the Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, Illinois.
