Justin was born February 21, 1989, in Shelbyville, Illinois, the son of Leon R. and Mary Ann ( McAllister ) Mentzer. Justin was employed at christianstoryteller.com of Decatur, IL, and a former member of the Church Bell Choir. Justin married Leslie J. Knope on June 22, 2012, in Decatur, Illinois. Justin leaves his wife, Leslie Mentzer of Maroa, IL,; father, Leon R. Mentzer of Decatur, IL.; one brother, Joshua A. Mentzer of Decatur, IL; Grandmother, Dorothy Mentzer of Lancaster, PA; He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Mentzer, and grandparents, Dean and Jeanette McAllister and Robert Mentzer. Memorials may be made to his wife, Leslie J. Mentzer of 13963 Oakland Ave., Maroa, IL 61756. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 1, 2012, in the First Baptist Church, 1320 Arbor Drive - Decatur, IL with the Rev. Wayne Mollohan, officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M., Saturday, December 1, 2012, until service time at the Church. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, December 1, 2012 in the Neoga Memorial Cemetery of Neoga, IL.
