Infant son of Brooklyn Cook and Sean M. A. Rivers, both of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 1:50 A. M., Tuesday, November 22, 2011, in the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Care Center of Coles County, IL. Jay=Sean was born at 1:00 A. M., November 22, 2011 in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Jay=Sean leaves his parents of Neoga, IL; grandparents, Gerrie Cook of Charleston IL, Robert Cook of Neoga, IL, Suzanne Turcany and Michael Rivers, both of Chicago, IL; Great Grandparents Nancy Sansone of Charleston IL, Duane Burton of Normal, IL, and Laverne Sartin of Chicago, IL. A family graveside service was held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 25, 2011, at the Mullen Cemetery in Rural Montrose, IL, with Rev. Richard Coen of Neoga, IL officiating. Jay'Sean was preceded in death by, one great grandfather, Gerald Sansone and one half-brother, Gage Myers. Memorials may be sent to Brooklyn Cook at P. O. Box 226, Neoga, Illinois 62447.
