John R. "Bobby" Lirely

66 of Effingham, Illinois, passed away at 10:27 A. M., Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at his residence. John was born April 5, 1945, in Effingham, Illinois, the son of Robert and Phyllis ( Jameson ) Lirely. John served in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam and Korea, he was retired from the A.D.M. Company of Effingham, Illinois. He married Regina Warfel on December 24, 1997, in Effingham, Illinois. He leaves his wife Regina Lirely of Effingham, IL; one daughter, Scarlett Lirely of St. Peters, MO; he also leaves his pets, two dogs, Gypsy and Spirit; two cats, Abbey and Night Mare. Memorials may be made to the family, or to the Effingham Animal Shelter. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, September 10, 2011, at the Swengel- O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, with President, Jason Baxter of Effingham, officiating.
