KAREN ZIKE Obituary

73, of Mattoon, passed away at 7:25 A.M., Tuesday April 23, 2019, in the Mattoon Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 25, Mattoon, the daughter of Ralph Edward and Mary E. (Justice) Zike. Karen Worked in the Genealogy Department at the Charleston Library. She was a member of the Genealogy Society. Karen leaves her sister, Jan Shook of Mattoon; nieces, Joy Switzer and Jody Shook; nephew, Jay Switzer; several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by, her parents; brother in law, William Shook and great niece, Summer Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the Coles County Genealogical Society.
As per Karen's wishes cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no services at this time.
