KEVIN SCOTT O'GUINN

Kevin Scott O’Guinn 60, of Neoga, Illinois, passed away Wednesday February 5, 2025 in The HSHS St. Anthony Hospital in Effingham, Illinois.  He was born January 14, 1965 the son of Jack and Bonnie (Voorhees) Hopson.  Mr. O’Guinn married Launa Baugher May 21, 1994 in Equality, Illinois.  He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers 218C of Champaign, Illinois and Central Illinois Motorcycle Club.  He loved fishing, bowling, dirt bikes, anything outdoors and working with his hands and especially spending time with family and friends.  
Kevin is survived by his wife, Launa O’Guinn of Neoga, Illinois; daughters, Keri O’Guinn of Charleston, Illinois and Tiffany O’Guinn of Neoga, Illinois; sons, Justin Beach  (Andrea) of Hillsboro, Illinois, Phillip Kercheval (Mary) of Charleston, Illinois and Kevin "Mike" O’Guinn (Rachel) Middlesburg, Florida;  mother, Bonnie O’Guinn of Elkville, Illinois; grandchildren, Ava, Drake, Scott, Aidyn, Layne, Payzlie, Della, Jaxsyn, Greysen ; special niece Avory Arnone of Champaign, Illinois; brothers, Brian O’Guinn of Oregan and Shawn O’Guinn  Marion, Illinois. And he was a fond uncle of many. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack O’Guinn. 
Memorials are suggested to the family C/O Launa O’Guinn.
As per Kevin’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded and a celebration of Kevin’s life will be held at a later date.
