LARRY EMMETT  SCHOOLEY

73,  of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 5:52 PM, Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, Illinois.  He was born December 13, 1947 in Washington, Iowa the son of Lester and Mabel (Hayes) Schooley.  Larry married  Frances Jones June 8, 1969 in Rock Island, Illinois and Mrs. Schooley passed away September 10, 1999.  He worked as a Laborer for the Gro-Mark Corporation in Tiffon, Iowa.  Mr. Schooley is survived by his son, Richard (Michelle) Schooley of   Neoga, Illinois; daughters, Tammy (John) Hardesty of Neoga, Illinois and Sheila Oliphant of Iowa; sixteen grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frances Schooley; one brother; two sisters and two great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to be made to the family C/O Tammy Hardesty  653 N 3450 East Rd. Neoga, Illinois  62447.
As per Larry’s wishes Cremation Rites will be accorded and there are no services scheduled at this time.
