62, of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 6:12 AM Thursday August 26, 2021 in her residence. Lesle was born October 22, 1958 in Pueblo, Colorado the daughter of George and Helen (Gist) Leggott. She married Ralph House August 2, 2002 in Benton, Illinois. Mrs. House was a Registered Nurse working with the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center in La Junta,  Colorado and also worked as a traveling nurse in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri and did assessments for long term care facilities she attended the Baptist Church in Colorado.  She leaves her husband Ralph House of Neoga, Illinois; daughter, Kim Ortiz of Pueblo, Colorado; grandchildren, Michael Loflin (Fiancé, Melissa) of Neoga, Illinois, Matthew Loflin of Sahaurita, Arizona and Lexi Loflin of Sahaurita, Arizona; great granddaughter, Kyleigh Loflin; brothers, Kirk Leggott (Sandra) of Raleigh, North Carolina and Keven Leggott of Pueblo, Colorado; sister, Jaccie Goff of Ft. Collins, Colorado.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

A Visitation will be held Tuesday August 31, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Swengel-O’Dell Funeral Home in Neoga, Illinois.
