MARGERY COOK Obituary

Margery Lynn Cook 75 of Metcalf, Illinois, passed away at 6:05 PM Monday, February 14, 2022 in the Indiana University North Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born August 13, 1946 in Enfield, Illinois the daughter of Oscar S and Wilda (Patterson) Buckner. She married Quadie Lewis Cook Jr. July 23, 1966 in Milmine, Illinois. Mr. Cook passed away June 26, 2020. Margery was a retired Office Administrator at Millikin University. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Dunning (Russell) of Zionsville, Indiana, Amy Ashley (Rodney) of Brownsburg, Indiana, Cindy Kilmark (Mark Raymond) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Abbie Reed (Carl) of Hume, Illinois; grandchildren, Teagan, Benjamin and Keira Dunning, Nathaniel and Carter Ashley, Chelsea (K. G.) Sanders, Ryan, Olivia and Rebekah Kilmark and Bubby and Emily Reed; great grandchildren, Alayna and Easton Crowe and Brayden and Paisley Sanders; Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her parents,; husband, Quadie L. Cook Jr.; brothers, Albert and Delbert Buckner; grandson, Kiernan Dunning.
There are no public services scheduled at this time. Burial will be in the Gaskill Cemetery in Ash Grove Township, Shelby County, Illinois.
