infant son of Kevin B. and Cady R. (Sparling ) Conrad of Yale, Illinois, passed away at 10:50 A.M., Sunday, February 3, 2013, in the Carle Foundation Hospital of Urbana, IL. Matthew was born at 9:34 A.M., Sunday, February 3, 2013, in the Carle Hospital. Matthew leaves his parents, one brother, Mason J. B. Conrad at home and one sister, Chloe A. Martinez of Humboldt, IL; grandparents, Joseph M. and Stacy Sparling of Yale, IL, Mark Johnson of Carmi, IL; great grand parents, Robert and Sally Parsons of Sullivan, IL, Francis Sparling of Yale, IL, Dora B. Owen of Carmi, IL and Theresa Selleck of Crystal Lake, IL; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Matthew was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Sandra Owen Johnson; Great grandparents, Leulla Sparling and Melvin Owen. Memorials may be sent to the family in care of Kevin and Cady Conrad at 16907 B East 1600th Ave., Yale, IL 62481.. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P. M., Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at the Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, with the Rev. Steve Massengill of Neoga, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the services.
