Mary M. Zitek, nee Hasier, 82 of Neoga, formerly of Lansing, IL died Saturday September 24, 2011 at her home. Mary was a homemaker. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday September 29, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. Thursday until service time at Adduci-Zimny Funeral Home in Posen, IL. Mary was born August 15, 1929 in Blue Island, IL, the eldest child of Leo and Clara Hasier. She married Charles J. Zitek, Jr. In 1952. Charles died in 1992. Survivors include 5 children, Rosemary Zitek of Escazu, Costa Rica, Doreen (Ron) Wurm of Richton Park, IL, Pamela (Randy) Heaton of Mattoon, Illinois, Charles III "Charley" (Karey) Zitek of SanAntonio, TX and Carol Zitek of Neoga, IL; 7 Grandchildren, Michelle (Brian) Schreck, Daniel (Missy) Wurm, JoAnn (Eric) Heaton, Brian (Bonnie) Heaton, Sean (Neilofar) McElveen, Antonio Morales Zitek, and Neisha (Brian) Calloway; 9 great-grandchildren; her sister, Theresa (Leonard) Duranczyk, 4 brothers, Edmund (Lois) Hasier, Phillip (Sandy) Hasier, Rich (Barbara) Hasier, Raymond (Sue) Hasier; sister-in law, Patricia (Roy) Carlson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Jr., both parents and brother Joseph Hasier.
