OLIVE P. (PHILLIPS) STIEBNER

Olive P. Stiebner 99 of Monticello, Illinois formerly of Neoga, Illinois and Champaign, Illinois, passed away at 10:30 AM Saturday May 17, 2025 at Kirby Hospital in Monticello, Illinois.  Olive was born September 15, 1925 in Neoga, Illinois the daughter of Arvey and Grace Agnes (Gardner) Phillips.  She married John R.E. "Bud" Stiebner February 21, 1949 in Henderson Kentucky, Bud  Stiebner passed away December 4, 1991.  Olive Stiebner was a member First Christian Church in Neoga, Illinois.  She is survived by her son, Carl A. Stiebner of Deland, Illinois; grandson, Cody Stiebner of Deland, Illinois; special nieces, Rita Collins (Bill) of Savoy, Illinois, Theresa Montgomery of  Farmer City,  Pam Levinston (Gary) Toledo, Illinois and numerous other nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Stiebner was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Stiebner; brothers, Homer Phillips, Harold Phillips and Lawrence Phillips; sisters, Barbara Montgomery, Beulah Newman, Thelma Bray and Alma Oakley.
 Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday May 23, 2025 in the Swengel - O’Dell Funeral Home in Neoga, Illinois.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time also at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Long Point Cemetery near Neoga, Illinois.
