RICHARD G ROGERS JR.

46, of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 10:35 PM, Friday, March 20, 2020, in the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health  Center in Mattoon, Illinois.  He was born September 28, 1973 in St Louis Missouri,  the son of Richard George and Sue (Ayers) Rogers Sr.  Richard married Gayla Bullard August 2, 2007 in Charleston, Illinois.  Mr. Rogers was a carpenter for Lester Buildings of Charleston, Illinois.  He enjoyed Fishing, Video Gaming with his grandchildren and being outdoors.  Richard  is survived by his wife, Gayla Rogers of Toledo, Illinois; Mother, Sue Rogers of Mattoon, Illinois; Brother, John Rogers (fiancé, Autum Fazig) of Mattoon, Illinois; Children, Haily Rogers (special friend, Adrian Meadows), Chantelle Doedtman (Lucas) of Effingham, Illinois and Cody Cope (Shaina) of Appleton, Wisconsin; Grandchildren Kaje, Blaiden and Raiden; Nephews, Cody and Hunter Rogers.  He was preceded in death by his Father; Grandparents, Hazel and Marshall Bach and Lillian and Robert Harris.

As per Richard’s wishes Cremation Rites will be accorded and a Celebration Of Life will be held at a later date.
