RONALD HITE Obituary

RONALD  J.  HITE

62, of Mason, Illinois, passed away at 11:15 AM, Saturday, February 15, 2020 in Jackson Twp., Effingham County, Illinois.  He was born July 21, 1957, the son of Robert C. and Irma M (Ferree) Hite in Mattoon, Illinois.  Ron graduated Neoga High School in the class of 1975.  
 He married Mary Morton and later married Kimberly Whitis (Frazier) July 5, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Ron was a  member and Treasurer of the First Baptist Church In Altamont, Illinois. Ron was a Supervisor for Rides Mass Transit of Robinson, Illinois and was active in the Boy Scouts of America, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and was a committeeman for the Altamont Boy Scouts. Ronald  is survived by his wife, Kimberly Hite of Mason, Illinois; Children, Robert A. Hite (Danielle) of Stewardson, Illinois, Bryan C. Hite (Angie) of Altamont, Illinois, Dustin E. Whitis (Nancy) of Louisville, Illinois, Christopher S. Frazier of Louisville, Illinois and Casey M. Frazier of Louisville, Illinois; twenty four Grandchildren; four Great Grandchildren; "Brother" Roger Bowman (Belinda) of Altamont, Illinois; brother, Thomas E. Hite of Gallup, New Mexico; sisters, Dr. Linda Hite (Charlie) of Gallup, New Mexico and Ann Charboneau (Joe) of Tacoma, Washington; several nieces and nephews.  Ron was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Kellie Allen and Juanita Miller.
Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church of Altamont, Illinois and Building By Faith Fund.
A Celebration Of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 22, 2020 in the First Baptist Church of Altamont, Illinois with Pastor Bill Weaver officiating.  Visitation will be held Saturday February 22, 2020 from 9:00 AM until service time, in the church. 
Burial will be in the Leith Cemetery of Mason, Illinois
