SHIRLEY E (WRIGHT) WRIGHT

Shirley  E. Wright, 90, of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 9:30 PM Sunday, October 29, 2023 in the Heartland Senior Living Center in Neoga, Illinois.  She was born January 9, 1933 in Cumberland County, Illinois the daughter of Walter F. and Erna Jane (Montz) Wright.  Shirley was a retired teacher for the Neoga Community School District #3 in Neoga, Illinois.  Miss Wright is survived by her sister, Patricia Beals (Donald) of rural Neoga, Illinois; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Paul Wright, Harry Wright, Walter Wright Jr., Glenn Wright and Hollis Wright; sisters, Nora Lindley and Delores Lawson Pruemer.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday November 3, 2023 in the Swengel - O’Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, Illinois.  Visitation will be Friday November 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM until service time also at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Neoga Memorial Cemetery in Neoga, Illinois.

Memorials are suggested to the Good Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Trilla, Illinois.
